These Terms govern your access to and use of TELEVIDEA, a digital streaming service operated by TeleVidea Entertainment. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy and Refund Policies.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract under applicable law. A parent or legal guardian must supervise use by a minor. You are responsible for accurate registration information, safeguarding your credentials and activity under your account.

Subscriptions and pricing

Current plan prices, currency, validity and benefits are displayed on the Plans page before purchase. Unless expressly stated at checkout, plans are fixed-period access products and do not renew automatically. Taxes may be added where legally applicable.

Payments

Payments are processed by authorised third-party payment providers. TELEVIDEA does not store complete card, UPI PIN or banking credentials. Access is activated only after successful payment verification. Failed or pending transactions do not create an active subscription.

Permitted use

Your subscription is personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable. You may stream authorised content for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must not copy, download except where expressly enabled, record, redistribute, publicly exhibit, sell, reverse engineer, circumvent access controls or use the service unlawfully.

Catalogue and availability

Content, languages, quality, subtitles and availability may change because of licensing, technical or operational requirements. We do not guarantee that a particular title will remain available throughout a subscription period.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for fraud, chargebacks, credential misuse, infringement, illegal activity or material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time; cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by our published Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The TELEVIDEA service, branding, software and authorised catalogue are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Ownership is not transferred to viewers.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeleVidea Entertainment is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, outages outside its reasonable control, incompatible devices or third-party network failures. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or registered contact details.
