No physical shipping

TELEVIDEA sells digital streaming subscriptions only. No physical product is shipped, and no shipping or delivery charge applies.

Digital activation

After successful payment verification, Premium access is normally activated immediately on the viewer account used for purchase. Sign in with that same account to use the subscription.

Activation delays

Occasional delays may occur because of payment confirmation, network or technical issues. If access is not activated within 30 minutes after a successful payment, contact us with your registered email address and payment ID.

Service territory and requirements

Access requires a supported internet-connected device and may depend on content licensing, location and applicable law. Internet or mobile-data charges are the viewer’s responsibility.
