Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Policy applies to TELEVIDEA digital subscription purchases from TeleVidea Entertainment.

Cancellation

Current plans are fixed-period subscriptions and, unless checkout expressly states otherwise, do not renew automatically. You may stop using the service at any time. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund.

Five-day refund request period

You may request a refund within five calendar days from the successful payment date. Send the request to sriandsubby@gmail.com using your registered email address and include the payment ID, transaction date, plan and reason.

Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed individually. A refund may be approved for duplicate charges, an incorrect amount, payment credited without subscription activation, prolonged verified inability to access the purchased service, or another valid reason accepted by TeleVidea Entertainment. Refunds may be declined where Premium content has been substantially accessed, the account violated the Terms, the request contains inaccurate information, or the request is made after five calendar days, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Processing

We aim to communicate the decision within five business days after receiving all necessary information. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Bank or payment-network processing may take approximately 5–10 business days after initiation and is outside our direct control.

Failed or pending payments

If money is debited but TELEVIDEA does not receive successful payment confirmation, the bank or payment provider may automatically reverse it. Contact us if the amount is not reversed within the timeframe stated by your provider.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so that we can investigate promptly. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account restriction.
